Visitor Guide

A few things to know before you go.

Can I still book tickets?

All tickets are sold out, and booking is currently unavailable.

Tickets were offered exclusively through NOL Ticket, with free admission for all seats.

When and how can I enter the event?

The ticket booth opens at 13:00 and audience entry begins at 16:00.

Re-entry is not allowed after leaving during the performance.
Guests must be age 12 or older. Standing and seated areas are available.

With a guardian, guests born between Nov 9, 2014 and Nov 9, 2017 must bring proof such as a passport, health insurance card, family relation certificate or resident registration copy.

How can I get there and park?

A free shuttle runs from Exit 2 of Airport Cargo Terminal Station to INSPIRE ARENA.
Venue-bound service runs every 20 minutes from 13:00 to 18:00 on both days, followed by return service to Incheon Airport Terminal 2 after the concert.

Paid shuttle service is available from Wangsimni, Jamsil, Suwon, Seoul Station and Hapjeong stations.

INSPIRE Resort and event parking are free on the event day.

What can I bring, and can I take photos?

Drinks and food, bottles, explosives, lasers and other dangerous items, pets, flower wreaths and balloons are prohibited.

All photography, video and audio recording, and live audio or video streaming are prohibited.
